Cambridge Laboratory for Research into Autism

Brónagh is a postdoc in the Prediction and Learning Lab. She seeks to understand how autistic people learn under uncertainty, and why this may render autistic people more susceptible to anxiety. She will be leading the CamRAA study.

She uses a combination of computational modelling, eye tracking and brain imaging. Computational modelling of behaviour allows us to understand more about the mechanism behind certain cognitive processes, such as learning or decision making. Combining physiological measurement and brain imaging ensures that these models are grounded in neuroscience.
